Conscious, connected breathwork is a gateway to connection and presence in a turbulent and challenging world. It can be used whether you have unresolved trauma, a difficult relationship or wish to find clarity surrounding an area of your life.

Conscious, connected breathing can provide you the space and clarity required to approach and address issues in your life.

Through our life experiences we often suppress emotions (consciously push them down), and repress emotions (unconsciously push them down), to protect ourselves from stress, but these emotions don’t go anywhere. They are stored in the body and in the unconscious mind and they flavour our life experience. Only by creating a safe place to allow these emotions to be seen and felt, witnessed as they are and integrated, can we then be free of them.

Paradigm Breathwork facilitated sessions offer a safe and controlled environment using intention setting, conscious connected breath and music to guide you through a process of calming, opening and processing.
